Refund policy
Unused products that are not marked as final sale or have other restrictions* may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit, at our discretion.
Return Shipping within the U.S.
Return shipping is free within the U.S. within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is a flat rate of $8 for returns initiated between 15 and 30 days after the delivery date. This shipping fee can be waived if you opt to receive your refund in store credit. We will provide you a shipping label in both cases.

Return Shipping outside of the U.S.
Customer is responsible for return shipping from addresses outside of the United States of America. Please contact us for more information.
Defects
L'ovedbaby guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact us if you believe you have received a defective product.
Initiate A Return
Please use our self-serve portal or call us at 818-992-9911 for a return authorization number prior to sending back your item(s).
We do not accept returns or offer refunds after items have been washed or worn (unless there is a manufacturer defect, determined at our discretion).
An item may only be returned:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact us with the buyer’s name. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. Gifts can only be exchanged, or returned for shop credit.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

All sales on items in the Clearance section and items marked as Final Sale are final and cannot be returned.
