Shipping policy


We ship out of our Los Angeles warehouse, Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping and delivery times may be delayed during holidays and major sales.

Expedited Shipping  Based on weight and shipping address Same day (if order placed by 12pm PST, M-F); next business day if after 2pm 1-3 business days after ship date (see options at checkout)
International Shipping Based on weight and shipping address Same or next business day USPS: 2-21 business days after ship date
DHL: 2-5 business days after ship date

Domestic U.S.  Shipping

Our goal is always to ship your order same-day because we know your little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-2 business days (M-F) to ship from the time you submit it. Once shipped (from our L.A. warehouse), domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days.

Orders placed during sales or high-volume periods, such as the holidays, may take a little longer to ship, so if you need it sooner, consider choosing one of our expedited shipping options. Please note that L'ovedbaby is not responsible for packages arriving late due to delays on the carrier's end.

Standard domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS, at our discretion, based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the best and most reliable service for each package.


International Shipping

As with all orders, our goal is to ship international orders same or next business day, M-F. We have distributors in Canada and Japan, so please consider shopping locally if shipping to either of those countries. Please note that customs and duties charges may apply for international deliveries, and are not included in your order’s total. Additionally, expedited international orders are only guaranteed to arrive into the country by your desired date, but may be held up in customs beyond that date, which, unfortunately, is out of our control.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments, or if you have any concerns about the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Additionally, please ensure that your order's "ship to" address is a secure location as we cannot process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows a delivery confirmation.1
